Changes to arrangements
Itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodation, transport and activities are indicative. We may change them for weather, road or sea conditions, security advice, border rules, supplier availability or operational reasons. We will inform you without undue delay under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'. Booking documents state operator or agent status, total price, cancellation terms and insurance.
Insurance and advisories
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation, delay, baggage and liability. Check official travel advisories, entry rules and health requirements before and during your trip.
No safety guarantee
We do not guarantee safety, security, weather, road conditions or supplier performance. Travel involves risks; follow local laws, safety instructions and supplier rules.
Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (12 May 1991) and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' (3 September 2015). If unresolved, you may escalate to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
