Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

1. Confirmation and pricing
Availability is indicative until we confirm by email; a booking is formed on confirmation and payment. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Extras, taxes and third-party fees are shown separately; the total price is displayed before you confirm. If unavailable, we offer an alternative or refund.
2. Payment and changes
Payment is due by the stated deadline; we do not store full card details. Changes depend on availability and any price difference or third-party charge. We may make minor changes and will notify you of significant ones before performance.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel by email to contact@moviestreham.com. Charges depend on the cancellation date and third-party terms and are shown before you cancel. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement, less lawful charges. Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (12 May 1991) applies.
4. Transport, accommodation and extras
Third-party transport and accommodation follow their own terms, provided before booking. For tourism services we disclose operator/agent status, contract terms, total price, cancellation conditions and insurance under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'. Extras are separate services under their stated terms.
